Why Trivelle

It all started with something many of us know too well: pans we keep replacing, and a question that comes up at every meal, Teflon in our everyday cooking.

We wanted a pan that answers both. Trivelle combines a 3-layer tri-ply stainless steel body, sturdy and built to last, with a non-toxic pure titanium coating free from PTFE and PFAS that complies with European food-contact standards. Its hammered base promotes even cooking to sear, brown and deglaze every day.
